Commercial Finance Controller - CA

We're loooking for Commercial Finance Controller with 6+ years of industrial experience preferrably from manufacturing industry,

Key Expectations:

- Economic Performance Management: Oversees key economic metrics like sales, margins, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with the entity's economic objectives.

- Strategic and Financial Oversight: Monitors and influences the financial aspects of strategic and operational decisions, customizing analysis and planning according to regional and LB specifics.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensures strict adherence to Group standards, maintaining financial integrity across the entity.

- Collaborative Integration: Facilitates strong interactions among regions, LBs, and Divisional Offices, enhancing overall Group performance.

- Leadership Role: Serves as a core member of the management team, providing financial leadership and working closely with Business Support Controllers at Shared Service Centers.

- Achievement of Objectives: Leads the formulation and execution of a realistic strategic plan, manages investment projects, ensures accurate reforecasts and corrective actions, and promotes standardization of financial procedures

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant or MBA from Tier 1 or 2 B Schools
