Commercial Excellence Specialist - Energy & Infrastructure - APAC (Role - Sales Enablement & Data Analysis)


Key responsibilities:


This role is a key business partner of sales organization, to drive sales KPI achievement by delivering value to sales team in perspective advanced selling process, sales competency, sales strategy and implementation, and business insight.

- Standard sales operation model implementation in APAC infra Team: Work with Group ComEx to implement the standard sales operation model, from inquiry to Order process, Meeting mechanism, Big project acquisition process; Customer visit process and annual business plan process.

- Sales Competency Build up: Coordinate the group training on PSM; Provide onboard training support and qualification measurement; Work with Group ComEx to deliver some customized training on sales skills; Provide one on one coach on sales skills and sales management. Build up the win and loss case library.

- Sales strategy implementation: Support execution of commercial strategy and initiatives from group and region, such as Customer classification; monitor annual business plan implementation status; monitor the sub-segment strategy implementation status.

- Data Analysis and business intelligence: Provide data analysis and business intelligence on sub-segment level/customer level/territory level/sales rep level/product level to help business find out the deviation and optimization area, and to support business strategy making.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

- Master's degree in Business management/Finance/Mathematics/statistics. Ideally past experience in Consulting (MBB or Big4)

- 2~5 years in Process design, Commercial operations, change management, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

- Familiar with Asia environment (Cultures, economies, industries and markets)

- High proficiency in overall computer skills required: Excel, CRM ,ERP and analytics tools (Tableau / Qlikview / Microsoft BI, Python)

- Strong knowledge in sales process and commercial excellence.

- High capability in data translation with a "Beyond the Obvious" mindset.

- Good communication (written & oral) and presentation skills

- Excellent Planning and Project Management skills
