Commercial/ corporate Leasing

Primary Responsibilities:

- Support Leasing team to prepare, recommend, and implement a strategy for leasing of commercial project(s) in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals.

- Thorough and in-depth understanding of the asset characteristics, technicalities, USP and amenities.

- Undertake detailed study of Commercial Real estate business and micro markets with focus on upcoming trends, customer needs and insights for future leasing roadmap.

- Manage real estate transaction activities, conduct and manage site tours, formulate commercial offers, assist in negotiations and closure.

- Cash flow understanding & analysis.

- Source corporate clients by direct and indirect channels.

- Retain existing tenant accounts through timely renewal of leases.

- Build and nurture a strong relationship network with Channel Partners, IPC members and local brokers to source leads & creating a robust leasing pipeline.

- Work closely with Internal teams (Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure smooth integration between the service lines.

- Monitor and closely track all transactional activities ensuring timely and smooth completion.

- Ensure quality data and structure in terms of overviews /RFPs/templates/case studies/data management.

- Create and maintain MIS reports for local Business Development, tracking competition deals, vacancy, and supply along with Market intelligence.

- Address and Resolve tenant issues/disputes and other concerns.

- Aggressive client follow-ups and internal timely reporting.
