LLB Must

Responsibilities:

- Designing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex services contracts, including vendor agreements and renewals, supplier agreements, customer agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements depending on business requirements; and liaising with all necessary cross-functional business clients on such agreements.

- Actively identifying key issues and risks during strategic negotiations.

- Engaging with the teams to manage regulatory compliance, licensing, and registration obligations for existing and future business lines in India.

- Creating relationships with various business units and functional departments and develop understanding of their strategies and objectives to better support.

- Formulating and maintaining template agreements and refining contract processes and forms.

- Helping the Legal team in developing, implementing, and enforcing legal and compliance policies.

- Advising in other matters such as labour, data and consumer privacy matters, as appropriate.
