- Responsible for Developing and executing the field engagement plan with the General Manager's office, Marketing and HR - Ensure that there is continuous engagement with the field force through regular updates on initiatives, achievements and other overall strategic commercial and people focused initiatives. - Collaborate, Develop and execute the field engagement plan for regular interactions with the field employees. - Idea generation involving key internal and external stakeholders - Conceptualize innovative engagement models and ways to connect with the field - Integrate the ongoing field initiatives with the overall field engagement plan including Town Halls, and Award Ceremonies.
