- Manage Overall Revenue targets across Current Account Balance sheet and fee line growth through product drivers like Forex, Trade& Lending.
- Ensure Business growth by delivering on portfolio metrics New clients on Board, New clients to trade, Forex, Lending etc.
- Manage indirectly both the relationship management & acquisition teams to deliver results.
- Strong FEMA & Trade background to handle clients as well as manage internal service delivery.
Day to day responsibilities
- Coach Relationship Managers and interact with treasury to deliver revenue lines.
- Handle Product and FEMA escalations on the portfolio.
- Engage with the top clients on their Hedging & FX strategy.
- Continually evaluate business growth both in terms of fresh clients as well as incremental revenues from existing clients.
