Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with projects team over development activities and with commercial team over financial parameters and prepare a detailed project report based on same for reporting to stakeholders in accordance with reporting timetable.
- Assist in preparing project budget, tracking of spent and forecasting for future spent.
- Manage and oversee timely and accurate forecasting through management reports in accordance with reporting timetables.
- Manage the implementation of financial strategies and processes, providing technical, commercial and financial input and monitoring delivery in alignment with broader organisation vision and objectives.
- Manager and evaluate new business opportunities, commercial value and analysis to ensure investment/project returns are maximized.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase networks and enable the exchange of information.
Attributes:
- Experience as project engineer with tier 1 civil contractor and / or
- Experience in a technical or business planning, management reporting, financial analysis and risk management.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through routine issues, guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation.
