Responsibilities:

- To get into the USA market, build a team around yourself and bring in new sales

- To perform outbound lead generation in identified target accounts and non-identified accounts with product fit

- To build the sales pipeline by capturing prospect needs and setting introductory meetings

- To analyse customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identify opportunities, and scope product needs

- To consistently meet and exceed personal and team goals

Desired Profile:

- Should have 3-6 years in a technology sales position in solution selling environment

- Energetic, upbeat, a tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and positive attitude

- Strong analysis, positioning, and qualification skills

- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity

- Ideally selling enterprise software or solutions

- Masters in Management would be a plus
