Job Profile:

Key Responsibility Area :

- Business Development through all Tender.

- Preparation of tender documents, scanning, checking and Uploading Tender documents on website through e-tendering process.

- Letter drafting follow up of orders etc. as directed by superiors.

- Dealing in big tenders(GEM Portal) with large Govt establishments ,PSUs ,Railways , electricity Boards leading private companies and others

- Receiving and sending Mails to the customers.

- Communicating with concern person of companies regarding the rates and stock of the products as directed by superior.

- Protect Organization Value by keeping information confidential. Coordination with other departments like sales and marketing.

- To study enquiry/ tender documents and manage team in preparation of offers, Generate new enquires & evaluate them as per department requirement.

- Coordination with vendors for obtaining quotations and negotiations.

- Coordinating with logistics department for transport arrangement and dispatch of materials.

- Coordinating with factory for readiness and inspection of material.

- Submission of documents to the clients after dispatch of material.

- Follow-up/interaction with customers for pre order negotiation.

- Meet customers/consultants and generate enquiries.

- Keep record of Tender Submitted and MIS Submission to Management.

- Engage with current and future clients as needed to ensure the tender process is completed efficiently and with a high level standard of service throughout.

- Follow up with clients for payment collection as per credit limits given to them.

- Other related task given by the HOD/ Management shall also be part of your JD.
