Job Description:

- Building Experiential Training Modules

- Studying market trends internationally and suggest and create innovative game based learning modules

- Developing Proprietary training content for Catalyst

- Building assessment tools such as quizzes, case studies, role plays etc.

- Conducting calls with clients to understand their needs and customize training content

- Update training content repository once a month

Primary skill set:

Candidates with Certificate in Instructional Design would be preferred

Experience in Cyber Security & sales position is a plus

Excellent written communication skills

Excellent hold on Microsoft office esp Microsoft excel, powerpoint and word

Quick learners and candidates who have creative thinking approach

Ability to interact with confidence with clients and trainers

Ability to work in unstructured environment
