Job Description :

The role would involve handling a team of operations executive and be responsible for overall client servicing for lead delivery for colleges post purchase of listings plan. Person would also be responsible for handling cases of customer dissatisfaction and giving a quick resolution. You will be required to oversee day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of an organization, keeping the entire organization on track.

Once a college/University has made the purchase, operations team is responsible for handling customer queries and own customer delight till the time he completes his purchase. Operations team is also responsible in taking decisions on which Affiliate Managers & suppliers to work with for destinations.

Following is the description of the job in detail :

- Aligning with customer & creating a great post sales experience.

- Make sure all deliverables (information, documents) are given to customer as per SLA.

- Coordinate with the Campus ambassadors to maintain a relationship and get unique data from various colleges.

- Working with suppliers on an ongoing basis and getting the most benefit in terms of rates/availability for the company.

- Manage a team of executives who would be working on individual customer accounts.

- Manage cases of customer dissatisfaction and provide timely solution.

- Getting various colleges on board with your relationship managerial skills.

- Plan, direct and coordinate operations in support of the company's growth.

- Formulating policies and strategize plans for future growth.
