 Currently we are looking out for enthusiastic and energetic candidates for the profile of Senior Manager - Ad Operations.

Job responsibilities for the same below :

- Define and manage best practices for campaign execution and develop campaigns dashboard to  provide executive view of performance and taking optimization steps.

- Delivery of all ad ops campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, capacity planning and management.

- Defining yield strategies and inventory optimization over the entire portal.

- Identifying/discovering new sources of advertising options and data analysis for behavioral and retargeting options.

- Day to day screening of all campaigns and drawing inferences to clients which helps to get insight and idea to scale up and achieve expected objective and RoI

- Handled Brand and Performance campaigns like, CPM, CPC, CPD/CPA/Emailer/SMS to achieve clients business objectives based on defined business strategy.

- Work with Tech Teams & Product Teams on Development and Enhancement of product to improve product/user experience and defined new advertising channels.

- Reviews dashboards and ad campaign performances in order to generate reports and come up with informed, fact-based solutions that efficiently increase the performance of the business's campaigns.

- Ensure that campaigns are launched on time, that campaign performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the Sales team in a timely manner.

- Expert with leading ad servers and strong industry knowledge of Ad Operations environment.

- Experience troubleshooting ad serving technical issues, for example, delivery investigation and third party media issues inclusive of the identification of several tag types, e.g. HTML and JavaScript, and potential issues associated with each.
