Responsibilities - 

- Collaborate and work with diverse external stakeholders and internal teams to on-board each alliance and grow traffic + revenues.

- Providing leadership to the management team to better align the marketing, sales, production and administrative departments to increase efficiency across the board.

- Securing, sustaining and growing external partnerships across numerous business entities through negotiations, management and value creation - acquiring key retail brands across online as well offline channel.

- Developing and managing entire sales cycle for new platforms, facilitating new customers and revenue.

- Interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely deployment of key programs and delivery of annual revenue plans

- Key Account Management - prospecting, negotiation and closure - building a pipeline of alliances

- Streamlining the operations, minimizing escalations, increasing the productivity of the employees and optimizing the procedures to reduce costs. Meeting or exceeding the given targets.

- Team leading and people development skills. Encouraging, identifying and implementing best practice strategies within team.

- Product Development: Identify new product lines for the retail channels across zones for new products / services.
