Job Responsibilities: - Identifies and publishes Best-in-class practices that can be replicated across cities with minimal manual intervention. - Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes - Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training. - Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced techniques in product development. - Works closely with the Market Expansion Strategy team to develop Go-to-market strategies while entering new markets.
