Job Brief:

We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Business Development Managers to help us build up our business activities. The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, ensuring delivery through operations and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Train and coach the sales team

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and clients.

- Send cold messages on LinkedIn to connect with potential leads for partnerships.

- Understand the client's requirements and draft a proposal accordingly.

- Using in-depth understanding of our product to derive the strategy for delivery of various campaigns.

- Follow up with the operations team for the delivery of various campaigns.

- Gather feedback from clients and share with internal teams.

Requirements and skills:

-1-2 yrs experience in a marketing agency

- Knowledge in SEO/SMO

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

-Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

-Fast learner and passion for sales and operations

-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
