We're looking for Growth Hacker Who will be our virtual employee. You will design and execute the growth campaigns for an exciting automotive platform and will work with a team of ardent automotive aficionados. To do this, you'd need these qualities: - Have a fundamental understanding of marketing. You don't need an MBA but should know the power of stories in marketing and the value of brand building. This also means you understand and respect consumer behavior. What your users think about when they wake up. What keeps them going? What are their aspirations? - Have excellent written communication skills. This is not about fancy vocabulary. On the contrary, it's about using dead simple language that your audience can relate to.Logical Reasoning ; You should be able to write a solid argument that uses data points to prove a viewpoint. - Have some successful experience with creating engaging narratives on social media/blog or any other platform. - Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and growth campaigns. - Monitor marketing and growth campaigns using metrics and performance reports. - Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with managers and interns to ensure campaigns are executed properly and promptly. The Profile: - You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences. - You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background. - You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Brownie points if you have an experience within Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, Digital Transformation/ Change Management, Content Planning and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage. - You are a strong net worker &amp; relationship builder. - You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. - You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
