- Driving category growth and market share with strong product/consumer analytics.
- Managing the complete P&L portfolio for the category.
- Developing the marketing strategies.
- Keeping up to date with the latest launch in the category and Doing R&D thoroughly for bringing the new products.
- Checking availability of the competitive updates.
- Planning new Range with Timelines/ P&L statement New product search and increasing the no. of SKUs in the particular category.
- Follow up with the support team for getting products live and checking if products are live with the proper description or not.
- Preparing Deals and promotion of the products and arranging all the artwork needed for the same.
- Working with Customer Support Manager to identify which products /categories working best and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Taking care of Marketing to social media sites - Managing clearance pricing strategy. Attributes Required:
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail.
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in category manager role desired.
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
