ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS :

- Develop framework to analyse and optimize performance of on ground team.

- Monitoring of performance of on ground team on daily/weekly/monthly basis through automated reports.

- Develop framework to analyse and optimize online campaign performance

- Handle CRM for sales function reporting and streamline its functionality

- Participate in weekly/fortnightly/monthly reviews of sales team

- Provide advice and recommendations on sales processes

- Provide monthly revenue projections vs actual collection data

- Develop a knowledge of system capabilities and functions of the current CRM system. Use this knowledge to recommend optimal solutions to business requirements that best leverages the product,

REQUIREMENTS :

- BE/BTech from TIER 1 College/University

- Expert level proficiency in Excel

- Hands on experience of programming languages such as R or Python (Preferred)

- Hands on experience of SQL (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE :

- Min 1.5 years relevant experience in any fast pace growing startup.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES :

- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification and methodology development

- Demonstrated project management skills

- Proven analytical, mathematical, communication, and creative problem-solving skills

- Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Highly self-motivated and directed

- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and abstract low-level information to a more general understanding
