Job Description :

- We are looking for a Tech Lead who is self-driven and loves learning new technologies, platforms, and languages.

- Working with the CXOs to implement innovative ideas from scratch and improvise the existing product.

- Development and implementation of cutting-edge Educational Technology with the aim of revolutionizing the sector.

- Handle end-to-end delivery of the project starts from understanding the requirements of the Product to releasing scalable and bug-free features.

- Manage the team of developers and ensure a positive working environment along with timely delivery.

- Get involved and mentor in System Architecture, and Database Design discussions with the team.

- Maintain high-quality code by getting involved in code reviews.

- Closely work with DevOps team to handle the infrastructure.

What are we looking for?

- Overall 7+ years of experience working as a developer in startup or product-based companies.

- Working currently as a Senior Developer/Architect or Team Lead in a product-oriented company.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Strong experience in systems architecture & in building scalable tech platforms.

- Experience in building the projects from scratch.

- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

- High-level proficiency in Python and web development technologies(optional)- React/NextJs.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
