CollegeDekho - Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting exercise of the group.

- Detailed analysis of budget vs actual with insights, actionable and commentary for variances.

- Engage with division leaders to analyze and discuss any variances from the budget and update the - rolling forecast

- Prepare flash dashboards for the management showing key KPI's on weekly and monthly basis Prepare half yearly qualitative MD&A of financials for the various fund raises through bond Investors

- Prepare quarterly results deck for the audit committee and board meeting Support the IR team with necessary analysis on queries from the investors.

- Provide support in managing the press release documents for the quarterly financial results

- Prepared and maintained financial data warehouse capturing key financial metrics for historical periods and its regular updating. Digitization and Process improvements: Drive data and trends driven analytics, process improvements and automation initiatives for the function

- Provide support to the management in various cost control initiatives to enhance productivity and improve BU profitability

Skills Required:

- Qualified CA,

- Experience of services firm or startup preferred.

- Financial Modelling or Representation Skill

- Should have knowledge and Practice over excel and other ERP Software
