Responsibilities will include:

- Supervise day to day operations in the customer service department maintaining high satisfaction rate manage a work for performance campaigns and other retainer based services on daily basis along with various departments like SEM/AdOps, Social Media Management, SEO, Tech. & Product / Technology, Graphic Designers / UI/UX Developers

- He/she will be involved in planning and execution of digital media plans for entire campaign season - this includes budget planning & allocation between channels, digital campaign duration, clear understanding of types of ad and their requirements, launch of ads etc.

- Crucial involvement in maintaining daily leads delivery, budget spending, controlling cost per leads and feedback analysis and data scrubbing proactively checking monthly social media calendars prepared by internal teams, giving inputs based on understanding of client's offered courses and programs.

- Understanding of requirements for a successful campaign execution. Being proactive and respond clients on timely manners. Upfront suggestions to both clients and internal teams

- Helping sales team to furnish deliverables at pre-sales. Identifying KPIs with delivery schedule

- Should have good strategic & communication skills with an ability to understand the creative brief

- Translate brief to both creative & operations team

- Maintain & coordinate within various in-house departments - especially creative and social media team.

- Create Mock up, Presentations basis on the creative brief given by client and same needs to be explained to the Internal creative team.

- Develop a crisp and creative content to support marketing and corporate communication needs.

- Assist with production of artwork, source images and check copy.

- Developing a thorough understanding of client's businesses and brands.

- Ensuring client requests are developed into internal briefs in line with the Agency's procedures.

- Managing all client requests and ensuring delivery of work on time and as per clients' requirements.

- Inspire repeat business and renewals from existing clients

- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.

- Taking a proactive role in creative briefs and Ad operations and have the ability to propose innovative solutions.

- Coordinate with social media team and support them with Innovative content and copy of the creatives.

To be considered for this position, one must have:

- Sound knowledge of digital lead-gen processes, i.e., Google AdWords and other Search Engine Marketing tools, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and other platforms for paid & sponsored ad campaigns.

- Understanding of the digital creatives like - Landing Pages, Display Banners, Facebook ads and Posts, Microsites, Emailers etc.

- Prior experience in servicing clients for monthly Social Media Management, SEO activities, Graphic Designing and Website Design and Maintenance.

- Knowledge of managing pragmatic campaigns would be an advantage

- Positive attitude for solving problems along with internal operations team

- Smart and interactive at presentations and reviews

- Copy-writing, Proof-reading
