Collections Strategy Role

Responsibilities:

- To Monitor Bucket wise Collection efficiency as per the target & achievement.

- To do Projection, Forecast and validate Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly collection targets.

- To do NPA projections.

- To Prepare & implement various standard collection MIS like flow rates, GNPA, Daily bucket-wise position, Delinquency measurement, DRR Shortfall, etc.

- To prepare and publish the Business dashboard and Collection performance reports senior management.

- To design Incentive scheme based on the portfolio to control the delinquency bucket.

- To calculate the incentives payout based on the scheme.

- To prepare Cost Budget and track utilization against it for Collections.

- To prepare the manpower budget for collection unit based on portfolio.

- Implement collection strategy for improvement of collection performance.

- To design contest for improving collection efficiency and monitor the same.
