A GIANT RETAIL SECTOR HUNTING FOR "COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST" HYDERABAD LOCATION

Position: Collections Specialist

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 4:00 pm to 1:00 am

CTC: 7 to 8 lakhs

Qualification: MBA ( 5 to 8 yrs of exp)

Job Description:

Designation : Collections Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities –

This position will have ownership of Account Receivable

Additional responsibilities include:

- Manage Collections, Dispute Resolution and Reporting

- Design and Drive Process Metrics

- Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts

- Collecting and analyzing quantitative data

- Execute and implement SOX compliance procedures & Six Sigma Methodologies

- Perform Audit of processes.

- Support data analysis, process reengineering and development

- Communicating results to business leaders within Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development

- Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes

Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable–Collections and Reporting

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products.

- Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment

- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

- Experience of Oracle Receivables preferred.

Candidates :

- It is an IC role and has to handle an Premium Account. Willing handling B2B collections. Initially there won’t a team to handle but as the unit grows he will be a Group Leader in much later point of time.
