- Ensuring Amicable Resolution In Against Cases Filed In Police Station And Ensuring Execution Of Summons / Bailable Or Non Bailable Warrants /Awards/ Order Received From The Court With Police Help

- Manage The Recovery Litigation Under Arbitration And Sarfaesi Laws And Provide Proactive Legal Strategy For All Sticky Accounts. - Track All Legal Cases So As To Ensure No Slippages Visiting Npa Accounts Along With

- The Collection Team For Faster Recovery

- Initiating Appropriate Legal Action In Delinquent Accounts Against Borrower Under Arbitration And Conciliation Act 1996 For Recovery Of Dues Including Filing Criminal Complaints In Qualified Cases And Take Them Logical Conclusion

- Co-Ordinate With & Procure Data From Collection Function For Legal Action As Per Remedial Process (For/Against)

- If Required Being Complainant In Filling Complaints/Replies In The Designated Courts

- Attending Courts On The Assigned Dates And Impanel Lawyers Across Locations As Per Requirement

- Lead And Supervise The Collections Team For The Implementation Of A Recovery Agenda Through Appropriate Training, Motivation And Deployment Strategies

- Keep Abreast Of All Latest Development/Trends In Local Law/Best Practices With Respect To Collections, Security Creation And Loan Documentation.
