Key Job Responsibilities (From Microfinance Background Only) 1. Identifying opportunities and designing initiatives for continuous improvement of customer collection processes and practices. 2. Ensuring close tracking and coordination with the branch leadership and on field team to ensure timely collections against the target. 3. Monitoring adherence to collection processes and operations; implement opportunities for improvement. 4. Monthly review and audits. 5. Overseeing investigation of collections from customers and coordinate on action for credit applications with HO Credit team. 6. Design and implement processes to improve cash flow from various buckets (standard, overdue, hard) and reduce receivables. Educational qualifications, Experience 1. Compensation Structure - As per industry standards 2. Graduation - Mandatory 4. Min Experience - Overall Experience of minimum 12+ years with a mandatory experience in leading Collections in a Microfinance institution.
