Collection Strategy Role - NBFC

- Work with credit policy and legal team to manage stressed asset portfolio with a focus on Stage 3 collections

- Work on leveraging all available tools of collections that is deemed fit for Corporate and SME loans

- Drive Collection system adoption for SME and Corporate loans by customising the system requirements

- Define and maintain a dashboard for all collection actions

- Optimise and track legal strategy right from sending notice, POD tracking, case filing and litigation support

- Ensure that all documentation related to the collection strategy is maintained in accordance with internal norms and regulatory requirements
