Design Optimal and innovative Collection Strategies for different segments 4. Coordinate with Central Collection and Risk teams to implement collection models and strategies 5. Design Settlement/Repossession Models and Strategies 6. Review and Monitor Collection Strategies 7. Use alternate data/processes to improve collection efficiency 8. Use of alternate data to get additional contact details 9. Design optimal collection allocation strategy 10. Review and performance monitoring of different Collection Channels (Digital, Field, Agency, etc.) 11. Experience in using statistical tools SAS/R/Python 12. Preferably with Banks/NBFCs background
