- As the Site Operations Program Manager. You will play a critical role in helping our few hundred employees thrive through people-focused initiatives. Attend Monthly meetings with our India business leaders & partners to discuss facilities, events and other employee engagement programs. You will be responsible for organizing internal activities like fireside chats, demo days and social events to build a sense of belonging. An important part of the role will be planning seating and office layouts as we expand across multiple buildings.
- You will also manage org-wide training programs and other development activities to make PV Tech org in Bengaluru a great place to work.. To succeed, you will need strong project management and organizational skills to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Above all, you will need to actively listen to employee feedback and continuously improve support programs. You should be able to work independently to complete complex tasks swiftly with minimal guidance. You must also be able to take prompt action in response to changing needs, without always having full visibility. Collaboration and relationship building are essential as you will work cross-functionally both internally and with external partners.
- The ability to build effective working relationships will be key to delivering results
- Key Responsibilities:. Drive the people experience at the center through regular engagement initiatives. Conceptualize, organize and oversee all employee experience programs.. (Eg: India level all-hands meetings, team-building activities, recognition awards, Tech talks and social events accessible to all PV teams). Evaluate effectiveness and introduce new ideas focused on team building, community engagement and morale.. Manage Projects, track project timelines and deliverables, and follow up on outstanding action items
- Document program details, meeting agendas/notes/recordings etc. Ensure all content is well-written and organized.. Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, providing overall support and coordination across the organization.. Partner with PV leaders to drive the PVs DEI goals by establishing appropriate programs and initiatives.. Track progress on key goals and ensure effective coordination and timely communication. Conduct regular pulse surveys and focus groups to gain insights into what resonates most with employees and what could be improved.. Champion resulting initiatives.
- Qualifications:. 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Operation Management / Administrative Roles. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Experience fostering collaboration and building sense of belonging in a multi-team environment. Ability to understand diverse perspectives, prioritize accessibility, and make all feel welcomed. Initiative to continuously learn and improve practices through self-reflection and feedback. Commitment to respect, inclusion and promoting the growth and well-being of all employees.
