Responsibility:

1. Identified as Business Finance Associate with major focus on cost optimization

2. Develop an understanding of key business drivers to create relevant insights and action from the reports and lead for its implementation

3. Expected to work with the other departments to ensure the metrics and spends are aligned on the projects and actions undertaken

4. Regular tracking of key financial / business metrics, accurate reporting and circulating the same to relevant stakeholders

5. Review plan vs actuals and perform scenario analysis to support decision making on new initiatives/approaches

6. Assess competition information to benchmark efficiency & productivity

7. Partner with accounting, treasury, analytics, FP&A, tax and legal team as appropriate

Qualifications:

1. Hold a degree in CA or MBA Finance

2. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

3. Preferably from startups

4. First principle thinking & strong problem solving
