What You Will Do : - Establish and Monitor Group policies/SOP and governance, Internal controls. - Ability to work on the Automation projects on individual basis or along with the team. - Group level legal entity strategy, planning and business alignment, supporting restructuring projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested. - Partner with the finance leadership team to support all key group level goals. - Liaising with external auditors / experts for various audits. - Month end closure of books along with support to consolidation at group level - Oversight and understanding of GL account reconciliations, controls, quality and accuracy What You Should Have : - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of working experience with a BIG-4. - Experience in Accounting for India GAAP/IFRS, knowledge about US GAAP added advantage - ERP - Oracle/SAP knowledge - Forward Thinker with problem solving skills, Team Player and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word, PPT). - Strong communication abilities across teams - Enthusiastic and quick learner - Enthusiasm for designing and building new accounting workflows and making improvements to existing systems. - A strong communicator (both written and oral) who is viewed as a strong cross-functional business partner. - A proactive and innovative self-starter, who can drive projects and problem-solve. - Able to quickly understand and integrate our business priorities with our finance objectives.
