This will be accomplished through close partnership with the Business leadership, developing a deep understanding of the business, and its strategic objectives and by leveraging full breadth of the function. - In addition, you will be expected to provide functional leadership and expertise on the company's people processes, programs and policies. What we Expect? - 5+ years of experience in the HR Domain who have worked in end-to-end HR process - Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them - Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, team management and communication skills including strong listening, negotiation, persuasion and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and employees - Must be Empathetic and Compassionate - Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you!)
