What we Expect - 4+ years of experience in the HR Domain who have worked in end-to-end HR process - Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them - Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, team management and communication skills including strong listening, negotiation, persuasion and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and employees - Must be Empathetic and Compassionate - Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you!)
