CoinFantasy is looking for a Product Manager who will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product requirements and priorities 2. Deeply understand customers, technology and competition, and synthesize into product strategy 3. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction 4. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application 5. Being ruthless as it comes to backlog prioritization and making tactical trade-offs 6. Clearly communicate the expectations, plans and status of projects/features on the product roadmap and in development 7. Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high quality products to life 8. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products around growth, engagement, retention and monetization What we expect 1. 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Analytics at a high-growth software product organization 2. Product experience in an Online Game platform will be preferred 3. Strong analytical background and experience in a B2C Product 4. Complex problem solver with strong communication and leadership skills 5. Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams 6. Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market, meeting/exceeding business cases, capturing market share and delivering market leading products/services. 7. Proven track record in driving product strategy for complex organizations targeting multiple markets and audiences. 8.
