As a Product Growth Analyst, you ensure all of the above and more. You make a difference! Make a difference by, - Designing and implementing core product metrics that serve as the OMTM and NSM at a team and organization level - Designing product and growth A/B experiments backed by solid hypothesis and communicating results attached with statistical significance - Defining different types of user segments and deep dive into their behaviour to drive product personalization and also define key predictors for potential churn with respect to different segments. - Performing deep-dive analysis across user funnels, identify drop-offs and their behaviour to drive growth strategies, including user engagement, product development and UI/UX improvement strategies, in partnership with growth, product, engineering and UI/UX team - Conducting correlation and causation analysis to understand the drivers of user behavior and outcomes - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis to drive impact, e. g., provide recommendations on trade-offs between different strategic priorities - Taking ownership and streamline the impact analysis of all product release and productionalize insights Job requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role - Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language (Python or R) - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of statistical methods (for eg. Hypothesis Testing) and experiment designs - Must have hands-on experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc) and A/B testing (Optimize, Optimizely, etc) tools - Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations
