Job Responsibilities : - Developing aggressive resurrection campaign strategies based on user behavior, lifestage and lifecycle. - Leverage data to understand the product conversion, retention and engagement funnel; use data drive approach to design marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics. - Understand drop-off at each step in the entire CLM and plan campaigns to minimize the drop-off. - Understand user behavior across the life-cycle and work closely with the analytics team to build churn prediction models and reduce churn rates. - Understand and drive important business metrics like DAU, WAU, WTU, etc. - Conceive marketing campaigns, craft messaging, identify the appropriate sequence in the lifecycle to send the message. - Creating and executing engagement and journeys, product loops across Retention, Referral, and other necessary Growth roles. - Partner with the Product, Marketing, Brand teams to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time during the entire user life-cycle. - Develop customer-facing tests to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value. - Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyze findings, present recommendations, and scale as necessary - Monitor the competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices. Skills : - 4+ years of work experience in Growth Roles. - Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of turning insights into actionable plans. - Project management skills to initiate and drive efforts to completion, working with a large number of stakeholders across the company - Experience in E2E campaign management on marketing tools like MoEngage - Understands basic retention loops, segmentation, and churn. - Strong command of all marketing communication channels like Push, E-Mail, SMS, etc. - Critical-thinker and problem-solver
