CoinDCX is looking for a Finance Business Partner who will be partnering with business leaders to define and tracks the delivery goals for the year. Job expectations - Anchor Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting (Monthly / Quarterly) - Formulate & Drive Business Plans / Strategies for Existing and New revenue streams - Co-own the P&L and KPI's along with Business Teams - Partner with Sales teams to drive performance and productivity of business teams. - Anchor Monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads - Drive Operational Excellence thru deep-dive analytics on Business Drivers and leading the change/execution with Operating Teams - Crisp Presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial & business results - Deliver key messages to Category / Business leaders / Executive Committee - Support in implementation of Cost Optimization initiatives. - Focus on simplification, standardization, and automation of reports and lead these projects Job requirements : - 5 years plus experience in a similar role - CA (Rank holder)/MBA from tier 1 college - Strong in financial analysis - Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements. - Accountable and adopts a 'business-owner' work mentality. - Has excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse people. - Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills - Meticulous and excellent project management skills.
