Your key roles and responsibilities shall include : - You will own the entire acquisition growth lever and the GTM for CoinDCX - You will need to induce traditional and creative ideas and work closely the growth, product, and marketing teams to recognize high leverage growth opportunities - You will collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (Paid, Social media, Search, etc.) to identify areas for growth - You will test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. native ads, affiliate, mobile, etc.) and conversion rate optimization (e.g. product funnels, landing pages, etc.) - You will have to understand user personas and segments to be acquired and find channel-market fit to drive sustainable growth - You will also work closely with the product growth and retention team to manage end-to-end user lifecycle and improve stickiness and virality of the product - You will be expected to keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing - You will be required to stay up with the Crypto industry and identify industry trends and insights Qualifications : - Min of 2 years of experience in growth marketing/ growth hacking / acquisition marketing is a must - T-shaped marketer with experience in PPC, SEO, CRO, Content Marketing, Mobile, etc. shall be preferred - Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools (Clevertap, Amplitude, etc.), marketing automation (MoEngage, Salesforce, etc.), Google Analytics, etc. - Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. - Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns - Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability About CoinDCX : CoinDCX is India's largest and safest cryptocurrency exchange.
