Overview of the Function: Will be responsible for market scanning, new client acquisition, documentation, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship, coordinating with internal teams as per client requirements. Role at Coin DCX: - Responsible to increase our institutional brokerage business. Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them. - Process documentation and paraphernalia related to sourcing business - Building positive relationships with customers - Assisting with generating new business - Identifying opportunities for greater profits - Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships. - Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively. - Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts, approach potential customers to establish relationships. - Gain solid knowledge of competitors. - To execute the transaction by liaising with other functional groups to obtain concurrence for go-live. - Working closely with the senior leadership team and defining metrics to track performance - Owning and strategizing the entire lifecycle of CoinDCX brokers (Retention, Referral, and Revenue) - Developing and overseeing the implementation of reactivation, retention, and engagement campaigns to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value - Taking a data-driven approach and working closely with the growth and partnerships head to plan a go-to-market strategy for all products - Working closely with the marketing head and channels owners to optimize current acquisition efforts and find new avenues to acquire customers - Taking ownership of driving product-led growth in the organization while working closely with the product and marketing teams What will you bring to Coin DCX? - Proven experience in a fintech startup in the investment space - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices - Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. - Understanding of equity or crypto markets - Excellent communication skills - Aptitude for fostering positive relationships - Teamwork and leadership skills - Customer-oriented mindset Education: - MBA or equivalent preferred.
