Job Description : - Delivering the operating plan of the product, while establishing the vision and mission for the product, ensuring it stays synchronous to that of the broader company vision. - Managing the daily functioning of the product to ensure optimal customer satisfaction - Ensuring synergy amongst all teams (development, growth, and support) when dealing with the product - Managing all activities from strategic to tactical and providing important cross-functional leadership - Delivering MRDs and PRDs with justifications and a list of noticeable indicators that can help evaluate the growth of our product across all facets of the organization.
