We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales. As the leader of the sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and establishing Coincrowd as a market leader in the Fintech industry.

Job Description:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Identify key market segments and devise targeted sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales targets.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Drive the acquisition of new clients through effective sales techniques and relationship-building.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales leadership role.

- Proven experience in selling fintech products or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business goals into sales strategies.

- Proficiency in agile sales methodologies and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with equity-based compensation structures is a plus.
