Coincrowd, an innovative fintech company, is on the quest to create the "Paytm of Crypto." We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our team in shaping the future of fintech at Coincrowd. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering a world-class crypto platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Coincrowd's crypto platform, aligning it with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to bring products to life.

- Lead a team of product managers and professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product development.

- Prioritize and manage product development projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Develop and oversee product budgets, resources, and timelines.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and investors, to provide updates on product performance and future plans.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior product leadership role.

- Proven experience in developing and launching fintech products.

- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business goals into product strategies.

- Proficiency in agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with equity-based compensation structures is a plus.
