CoHois an exciting start-up in the co-living space which is disrupting the living experience of millennials in India with its innovative, tech-enabled managed apartments and villas. It provides high quality, hassle-free co-living accommodations for young working professionals and university students in India and makes living fun for youngsters.

We are looking for a post-graduate with excellent initiative and strong leadership qualities who can help us expand our business into new metro cities. The candidate should be open to relocation and must have the right attitude to work in a relatively early stage startup.

Role Description :

Expansion Planning & Execution :

- Strategizing the entire launch along with drafting actionable with suitable timelines and support from technology.

- Ensuring proper coordination with all the support departments and vendors.

P&L Ownership :

- Analysing the costs and revenues and taking complete business ownership of a micro-market.

- Generating insights for expanding business opportunities in the market.

- Engage in constant communication with all the stakeholders to identify and solve problems, to find out the best practices and to constantly strengthen the growth process.

- Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction, quality control.

Business Development :

- Planning the lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C sales.

- Monitoring growth and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

- Lead by example to generate business for the company.

Application Requirements :

- Post graduate from IIM A/B/C or ISB.

- Work experience of at least 4-5 years. Start-up experience would be a plus.

- Should be comfortable with travel and setting up business from scratch.

Salary Offered : 12-20 LPA + ESOPs (additional)
