Job Description : - Customer success managers are the first point of contact for the new Cogoport customers, walking them through the experience of being empowered when it comes to supply chain matters. Your responsibility is to mentor a team of Success managers and pave the way to their success. - A highly data driven role, your comfort level with data, analysis and decision making based on that data will prove to be the key to success in this role. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to efficiently handle queries regarding all logistics related issues for your team as well as the customers. - You will be driving our revenues, with your ability &amp; experience in delivering increase in wallet capture and repeat customer through product driven marketing. - At the end of the day, customer experience as soon as they get associated with Cogoport lies in your hands. Your ability to look at the bigger picture, to imagine what's not out there and how it will impact customer journey and experience will be well appreciated. Oh, and we nearly forgot, the role comes with its incentives, after all, hard work pays! Required Qualifications : - You are extremely entrepreneurial and have the drive to get the job done without supervision - You are comfortable with collaboration, working with everyone around - Tech, Marketing, Awareness, Supply Chain. - You know the word funnel means more than just a device for pouring liquid - You are proficient in Hindi &amp; English (It would be a plus if you know Gujarati, Punjabi, or Marathi!) - You have 2-4 years of work experience in handling a team in a B2B, enterprise sales environment. Start-up/ e-commerce experience is an added bonus!
