We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Leader for the "International Expansion" team who can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. This team's charter is committed to transform the depth, scale, and reach of Cogoport globally, and to localize product experiences and successfully impact consumer base and experiences in these new markets As PM - International Markets, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the leaders of various functions and you will also be on a constant look-out for M&A opportunities to help Cogoport expand into new markets with rapid phase Responsibilities : You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of CEO's office : - International Markets Strategy : Decision making on primary markets of focus, determination of target customer and channel strategy, resource allocation, product and service value offerings, brand positioning, and creation of an operating model to deliver against our international business growth targets and consumer experience ambition. - Project Executive : Develop and expand a high performing team that owns the strategic roadmap and end-to-end launch and implementation (content ops, performance marketing, pricing, etc.) to ensure a consistent high-bar on excellence and project delivery - Market Research and feasibility : Conduct market research and feasibility analysis leveraging primary and secondary sources and industry relationships, around market size and growth potential, customer, competition, channel analysis, investment medium analysis, etc.) to finetune international expansion roadmap from development, testing, launch to sustenance - Collaboration for Market Launch : Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, sales, content and marketing teams to eliminate friction across the organization to identify critical business needle movers, influence and shape international expansion roadmap and to accelerate time to market across target countries - Assessment and analysis of M&A Opportunities : Evaluate Merger & Acquisition opportunities by analyzing potential synergies, complementary strengths & fit with the organization. Build detailed financial models and make senior management presentations to gauge the valuation scenarios and risks of the investment - Creating M&A Project Plans : Conduct Due-Diligence, Analyze Finance Statements, Negotiating & Structuring transaction and presenting to top management. Identify integration objectives, set up timelines and track progress - M&A Project Execution : Execute post-merger integration projects, including governance, detailed planning and implementation Qualifications : Educational Background : Finance or Engineering Graduates with MBA from reputed institutes will be preferred. Work Experience : 8+ years of experience of complex program management at global scale and Market Expansion or Market Launch projects. 4+ Years of expertise in managing M&A Projects. Knowledge and certifications : PMP or equivalent project management certifications would be a plus. Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
