Expectations from the Role: Cogoport is looking for Business Development individuals with experience in any domain of Logistics and Supply chain covering Ocean, AIR, LCL, transportation impactful in driving company Growth and Customer Experience to the next level. 1.Establishing trust in the market, creating healthy customer pipelines 2.Taking decisions to convert business on a real-time basis. 3.Deep diving into Cogoport's product and understanding the offerings and the vision. 4.Frequent visits to clients for establishing trust and strategically helping them grow. 5.Nurturing long term relationships with the customers and internal stakeholders. 6.Engaging with the internal team for timely resolution of the customer query 7.Projecting sales plan for the upcoming quarters for both active and potential clients. 8.Deriving conclusions from client feedback and contributing towards creating a new product feature pipeline to reduce the gaps between customer needs and the product offerings. Must-haves: 1.We as an organization is not seeking confirmation to anarchic education qualification, rather experienced professionals with goal orientation. 2.4+ years of strong experience in a customer-facing business development/commercial role. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Prior experience/ understanding of the freight/logistics industry is a must. 5.Proven track record of successfully driving sales. 6.Highly motivated and quick adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
