Team Lead/ Team Manager

Brief Job Description :

- 5-6 years of SQL VB experience

- 4-6 Years of Finance and Accounts knowledge

- Basis understanding of greeks, PnL attributes and valuation models

- P&L Preparation and Reporting and Commentary write-up at group level

- Well versed any of VAR Testing, Stress testing and Simulation

- Expertise in setting up New process, Transitions/Migrations, Stabilizing process & preparing MIS & PPT's

- Stake holder Management/Expectations, Process designing, identifying & performing Gap analysis

- Liaison with other function : Middle office, Front office, Other control groups

- Run Supervisory Dashboard calls to ensure the Quality of deliverables as per the agreed standards

- Ability to coordinate with multiple support teams (Robotics/PEX/P-BI) to drive Projects for Automation

- Good accounting knowledge & specific in product control is a key

- Reconciliation experience would be add-on.

Work Experience and Skills required :

- 8-10 years of experience on Market Risk Operations

- Domain knowledge in the area of product control like Equities, Swaps, Fx, Currencies, Derivatives, Futures, Options

- Excellent oral & written communication

- Demonstrate flexibility and manage time-zone differences effectively

- Ability to ensure and deliver timeliness and quality of output

- Strong in Microsoft Excel

- Client management experience

- Part of the role would be hands-on work on deliverables and review of tasks

- Timely completion of all deliverables as per client expectations

Good to Have :

- Experience in P&L validation & Reporting for an Investment Bank

- Understanding of valuations for equity products

- Knowledge of the components of trading P&L (mark-to-market, trade to mark (new business), the "greeks")

- Experience in reconciliations from trader system to general ledger or P&L reports

- Experience in Trading through a brokerage firm

- Static data management experience would be an add-on
