Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24-7)

Work location: Gurgaon - permanent work from office

Travel: Not required

Notice period: 0 - 15 days

Educational Qualification: Any graduation (10, +2, +3 mandatory)/PG

SME: 2.5 + years of experience in people development and client-facing experience in account management, customer support and digital marketing with good communication skills in French/German/Italian

- Experience with coaching people, strong communication and feedback skills

- Objective and analytical approach to decision making

- Strong work ethics and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Technical / Functional Skills

- Proven ability to become an expert in new technologies in a short time frame

- Strong understanding of online advertising

- Familiarity with ad-serving platforms

- High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)

- The ability to create new materials, training decks of a high standard when required.
