JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Project Joining Date: Immediate or 30 days
2. Shifts: APAC Region and willing to work any shift
3. Work from Office/home
4. Work Location: PAN India
5. ROLE: Senior Manager/DGM
6. Compensation: 25 to 30LPA
7. Skills: Strong F&A service Delivery, Operation into 3 towers PTP, RTR, OTC
8. Qualification:
- Must be a Commerce Graduate (B. Com), MBA Finance
- 14+ years experience in Delivery Lead role, MIS and Operations Management which include end to end delivery Finance & Accounts team
- People Management experience of team size of 200 or more
- Excellent communications skill
- Very strong PPT and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office specially EXCEL
- SAP knowledge is added advantage
- Experience in manage APAC clients
9. Shift: Flexible to work any shift (Currently the requirement is APAC region)
10. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 200 to 300 associates for F&A delivery in Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable General Ledger, Finance Reporting, etc.
- Liaise with the internal delivery teams for real time reporting and maintain excellent team relations.
- Ensure deliverables are executed under the given timeline with great quality as per client SLA
- Analyze data and have a point of view for Leadership
- Prepare and present Data in Deck format to client, internal leadership
- Effective Resource planning and utilization, account profitability, revenue growth
- Maintain a high standard of Team performance through team motivation and leadership
- Resolution of team and delivery issues by liaising with the support departments e.g. HR, Training, IT, MIS, PMO, Performance Excellence etc.
- Manage client billing, governance calls, teams across locations
- Participate in RFP submission from Domain skillset
11. Knowledge skill:
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, F&A Reporting
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Very strong people management skills
- Strong attention to details and time management
- Excellent PPT making skills
12. Personality Traits:
- Excellent communication including writing
