Job description –

Experience – should have 8-12 years of experience in P&C (non-life) insurance.

Domain Experience: Must have hands on exposure to Insurance across different insurance functions –

- Sales and Distribution

- NB and underwriting

- Policy servicing

- Claims

- Reinsurance

- Accounting – if worked on SAP, etc. will be an added advantage

- Broking

- MIS, reporting, compliance etc.

Skills

- Consulting skills including BPR, fit-gap analysis, transformation and advisory services

- Should have the ability to define the problem and then come to the solution roadmap

- Ability to understand both IT and business and act as a bridge between the two for doing effective consulting around strategy and putting together the IT roadmap

Qualifications –

- Graduate / Post-graduate in engineering or any commerce, statistics, etc

- Post-graduation – MBA/PGDBA in finance or systems preferable - CA/ICWA with insurance

- Professional qualification/s in the Insurance domain will be preferred –FIII/LOMA/INS/ACII/CPCU, and related insurance industry certifications for Australia
