Job Responsibilities :

This Is a Sourcing Lead Role, Intended to Create Candidate Pipeline Through Social Media Search.

The Role Is Aligned to Operation Function.

- The Channel Research Lead should be a strong communicator and team player, who is self-motivated and has a proven track record in SOURCING research in the international market and should have worked with multiple stakeholder and partners.

- The incumbent will support the on-going development of skilled PASSIVE TALENT PIPELINE, feed the project-oriented creation of relevant talent pools for the talent acquisition team at large.

- The Sourcing Lead will be engaged in on-going name and prospect generation for a variety of projects supporting enterprise-wide talent acquisition.

- We expect this person to be extremely curious as well as terribly crafty and relentless in figuring out ways to identify passive talent we need to attract at all levels, across all skill sets.

The key responsibilities will include :

- Collaborate on creating and implementing innovative sourcing & talent research strategies to generate and maintain a database of high volume, high quality leads and candidate database for roles across geographies.

- Utilize all tools available including internal databases, search engines, external networks, social media groups, and internal referrals to identify talent across all levels, skillsets and experience.

- Perform extensive web-based research into targeted skill areas, to generate background sourcing information and find sources of potential contacts and passive candidates.

- Work with the rest of the team on best ways to perform continuous PASSIVE CANDIDATE OUTREACH.

- Strong people relationship skills, should be able to work in a large global team.

- Working with team across globe with different stakeholders. Build strong relationship with Recruiters across the globe for seamless deliver of the projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Excellent communication skills. A skilled communicator with exceptional inter-personal skills in leading teams and establishing beneficial relationships with clients

- Ability to work closely with internal staffing client and communicate complex analytics in a structured and clear manner.

- Extensive Sourcing experience, preferably gained while working for an executive search or corporate recruiting function.

- Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative and work with minimal direction.

- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, particularly in the context of evolving search parameters or timelines.

- Strong client service orientation; professional services experience attractive.

- Bachelor's degree or Masters preferred with good academic record.
